This policy applies to all services, appointments, memberships, coaching programs, Yoga Nidra sessions, massage therapy services, certification programs, workshops, courses, events, digital products, and educational materials offered through Your-Self Holistic Center and yourselfholisticcenter.com.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Massage Therapy Appointments

  • • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
  • • No-shows may be charged the full session fee.
  • • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

I AM Yoga Nidra Sessions

  • • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered completed and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
  • • No-shows may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.

Coaching Sessions

  • • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule individual coaching sessions.
  • • Late cancellations and no-shows may be counted as completed sessions and deducted from any package, membership, or program.

Program Enrollment Policy

Step Into the Spiral of Becoming Programs — Enrollment secures access to proprietary curriculum, educational materials, resources, community areas, and digital content. Because access is granted immediately upon enrollment:

This includes:

  • The Intimate Path
  • The Spiral Path
  • The Mystic Path
  • Becoming Lived Membership
  • Self-Paced Programs
  • Group Programs
  • Virtual Programs
  • Workshops

Program registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

Academy Enrollment Policy

Step Into the Spiral Academy — Enrollment grants access to educational materials, manuals, resources, assessments, and certification content.

All Academy Sales Are Final

  • Practitioner Certification Programs
  • Instructor Certification Programs
  • Continuing Education Programs
  • Workshops
  • Training Programs
  • Digital Courses

Students remain responsible for agreed-upon payment plans unless otherwise approved in writing.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Applies to: Silver, Gold, and Platinum Wellness Memberships · Mind Body Rest Membership · Becoming Lived Membership.

  • Members may cancel at any time.
  • Benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds for unused time or benefits.
  • Unused sessions, discounts, and benefits do not roll over unless specifically stated.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are considered final. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Your-Self Holistic Center. Situations that may be considered:

  • • Duplicate payments
  • • Billing errors
  • • Medical emergencies
  • • Family emergencies
  • • Significant hardships
  • • Documented extenuating circumstances

If a refund is approved, any services rendered, materials accessed, administrative costs, or processing fees may be deducted. Approval of one request does not guarantee future approvals.

Payment Plan Policy

Payment plans are offered as a convenience. Enrollment constitutes an agreement to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to maintain arrangements may result in:

  • Suspension of portal access
  • Suspension of course access
  • Removal from certification pathways
  • Loss of membership benefits
  • Denial of future enrollment opportunities

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Your-Self Holistic Center reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services, including but not limited to:

  • • Harassment, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
  • • Violation of policies or agreements
  • • Non-payment of services
  • • Circumstances creating safety concerns for clients, practitioners, instructors, or community members

By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service, enrolling in a program, joining a membership, accessing educational materials, or using yourselfholisticcenter.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Cancellation, Refund, and Payment Policies.
